The Greens have performed at Holbrook-Palmer Park in the central act of the San Francisco Catalan Week

The Castellers de Vilafranca have closed this Saturday the trip to California that over the course of the week has taken them to perform in various parts of the city of San Francisco and nearby areas. On this occasion, the Greens have acted in a meeting of several Catalans who live in California and who have organized this year to receive a visit from Castellers de Vilafranca. The celebration took place in San Francisco's Holbrook-Palmer Park and was attended by more than 200 Catalans and the delegation of 184 castellers vilafranquinas.

In this encounter, the Greens have unloaded several castells: the 4d8, the Rd7, the 10d7, the 4d7a, the 3d7, a span of 5 and four pillars of 4.

Afterwards, a fraternity lunch was held organized by the hosts and a gralla concert by the Vernets.

The previous day, Friday, the Greens had performed at Crissy Field and Marina Green, as part of San Francisco Fleet Week.

With this meeting, the Castellers de Vilafranca put an end to a one-week trip to California where, among others, they have raised their castells at the stadium of the Golden State Warriors (NBA runner-up), the headquarters of Google, the winery owned by Bodegues Torres in Sonoma or at several universities such as Berkeley and Stanford. The Greens have also done their castells in iconic places in San Francisco like Baker Beach, with the Golden Gate in the background.
