The people of Vilafranca participate in the new campaign 'We invite you to dream' that the Orfeó Català is preparing for the upcoming Christmas festivities

This Sunday, November 23, Castellers de Vilafranca took part in the recording of the new Christmas spot of the Orfeó Català at the Palau de la Música Catalana. The Greens have planted a 3 out of 7 just at the moment when all the choirs of the cultural entity were performing the Cant de la Senyera. The recording of the spot also had the participation of hundreds of extras who filled the patio of the Palau Concert Hall.

The result of the collaboration, which will be made public very soon, is part of the new campaign 'We invite you to dream' that the Orfeó Català is preparing for the upcoming Christmas festivities.

The Orfeó Català is a century-old non-profit association based in the Palau de la Música Catalana and which represents one of the main drivers of Catalan choral culture and tradition. The Orfeó Català was the main promoter of the construction and is the owner of the Palau de la Música Catalana building. It has its origins in the vocational choir founded on September 6, 1891 by Lluís Millet and Amadeu Vives, with an activity that continues today through a rich program of concerts and training in choral singing.
