Castellers de Vilafranca download the second Td8 of the season and finish it off with three more extra range castells
Castellers de Vilafranca completed an excellent day last Saturday during the Mercadal castle day in Reus. The Greens unloaded the second tower of eight without lining of the season, after it was loaded a few days ago in Tarragona. Saturday's is the eighth 'untameable beast' completed by the Vilafranca team in their history. In fact, apart from the Greens, the Colla Joves de Valls has only managed to download it once.
Castellers de Vilafranca completed the performance with three castells from Gamma Extra: the 3d9 with lining and needle, the Td9 with lining and shackles and the pillar of 8 with lining and shackles. This is one of the best performances the Greens have put in this season.
The next big target for the Greens is Tots Sants, where they intend to bring castells of maximum difficulty.
